3. Simulation Access

• Free Plan: 3 simulations per day
• Mindbet+: Extended simulation access and additional league data

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital access, refunds are not issued after subscription activation. You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, code, and content belong to Mindbet Systems. You may not replicate or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. User Data

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services—such as your email, subscription status, and simulation activity. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
